Deposit and Usage Rules
Move-in cost: At least two months’ security deposit plus the current month’s rent.
Contract term: Private office packages require a 1-year contract.
Included room time: Private office plans include 4 hours of small meeting room use per month.
Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Evening or weekend use requires advance reservation.
Reservations: Meeting rooms, training sessions, lectures, live streaming, filming, and multi-person activities must be reserved in advance.
Mail and package receiving: Available for normal business use only. Illegal, dangerous, or large-volume storage-type packages are not accepted.

Rooms are suitable for business discussions, company interviews, contract signing meetings, training sessions, lectures, client reception, online meetings, live streaming, and filming.

Meeting Room Booking Rules
Minimum booking starts at 2 hours. Overtime is charged hourly based on the room type.
Use after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays may be subject to an additional 20% charge.
Training sessions, lectures, live streaming, filming, and multi-person events that require furniture rearrangement may incur a $60 setup and cleanup fee.
Payment is required in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
